Heather White is a changemaker. She’s the founder and CEO of the nonprofit OneGreenThing.org, an author, environmental lawyer, consultant, motivational speaker, nonprofit executive, and a former Senate staffer.  She has more than 20 years experience in nonprofit management and environmental advocacy. She's the former President of the nonprofit partner to Yellowstone National Park, Executive Director of EWG, and Director of Education Advocacy at the National Wildlife Federation. Heather also served as Counsel on Energy and Environment to United States Senator Russell Feingold (D-Wis.) and an associate at Bass, Berry & Sims law firm. Heather has also been named "One of the Top 100 Women in Wellness" by MindBodyGreen and recipient of the Women in Sustainability Leadership Awards by Green Building & Design Magazine. She serves on the board of several national nonprofit organizations. Heather has testified before Congress, appeared on PBS, NBC News, CBS News, Fox News, MSNBC, and has been cited in national outlets such as The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The Guardian on a wide range of climate and environmental policy issues. Heather is optimistic about the future and determined to create intergenerational partnerships to create a healthier, greener, more equitable world.
